Who makes Tudor batteries and what they are known for
Tudor takes its name from Henri Tudor, the Luxembourg engineer who developed a practical lead-acid battery in the 1880s. The brand became the leading battery name in Spain and Portugal and today belongs to Exide Technologies, the European group that supplies original batteries to carmakers. Tudor batteries share that engineering and come in conventional, EFB and AGM types.
Tudor in UAE heat
Southern Spain is one of the hottest parts of Europe, and Tudor has long been built for that market. The High-Tech line uses the carbon additives found in the group Carbon Boost design, which help the battery take charge quickly after short runs. All lines are sealed and need no water.
