What to know
The Eagle Premier and its 12V battery
On older Eagle Premier model years the fault is sometimes a corroded terminal, a tired earth strap or a weak alternator, not the battery itself, which is why the charging system is tested before we recommend a replacement.
Large flooded or AGM batteries in BCI group sizes, with AGM on models that have auto stop-start. Some carry a second auxiliary battery.
Usually under the bonnet, though some models hide it under the floor, a seat or in the boot. Newer models may need a battery monitor reset.

- Your location pin, the road and which direction you were heading
- The model year of your Eagle Premier (it is on the registration card)

How it works
From your location pin to a car that starts
Four steps, and you know what is happening at each one. Nothing is fitted until the battery has been tested.
- 1
Share where the car is
Send a location pin with the road name, direction of travel and the nearest exit or landmark. In a basement, add the level and bay.
- 2
Confirm the car details
Make, model and year, plus a photo of the battery label if you can. That is how the right battery gets loaded.
- 3
Get an arrival estimate
We check access and technician availability, then tell you when to expect us before anyone sets off.
- 4
Test, then jump or replace
The technician tests the battery, explains the reading and carries out a jump start or a replacement. The car is started before he leaves.

Questions
Eagle Premier battery questions
Short answers to what drivers ask before and during a battery call-out.
Which battery fits a Eagle Premier?
It depends on the model year and engine. Send the year and a photo of the current battery label, and we match the size, terminal layout and technology before dispatch.
Where is the battery on a Eagle Premier?
For Eagle in general: Under the bonnet on most; under floor or seat on some. The exact position on your Eagle Premier can vary by generation, and the technician confirms it from the model year before starting.
Does a Eagle Premier need battery registration after a change?
For Eagle: Battery monitor reset on newer models. If your Eagle Premier needs it, the technician brings the tool and does it on site after fitting.
Can you jump-start a Eagle Premier instead of replacing the battery?
Often, yes. If the battery is only discharged and tests healthy afterwards, a jump start is enough. If the test shows it can no longer hold charge, we explain the reading and can replace it on the spot.
